About the Job Matching Site Work in Kyushu
The Job Matching Site Work in Kyushu (hereinafter the “Site”) is a website created by the Kyushu Global Human Resources Promotion Council (hereinafter the “Council”) in order to support job hunting and recruitment of international students in Kyushu. All persons (including international students, persons in charge of recruitment, or others) accessing the Site (hereinafter the “User”) shall use the Site of their own volition and at their responsibility. The User shall be liable for the information registered on the Site by the User.

 

Eligible Users of the Site
○International Students and Others (Job Searches)
The following international students and others are eligible to register and use the Site for job searches:
・International students enrolled in universities, junior colleges, and technical colleges located in the seven prefectures of Kyushu (Fukuoka Prefecture, Saga Prefecture, Nagasaki Prefecture, Kumamoto Prefecture, Oita Prefecture, Miyazaki Prefecture, and Kagoshima Prefecture)
・Any person searching for a job after graduating from a university, junior college, or technical college
○Companies
The following companies are eligible to register and use the Site:
・Companies having their headquarters, branches, or offices located in the seven prefectures of Kyushu (Fukuoka Prefecture, Saga Prefecture, Nagasaki Prefecture, Kumamoto Prefecture, Oita Prefecture, Miyazaki Prefecture, and Kagoshima Prefecture)
○Job Offers
Registered companies on the Site are eligible to register the following job offers for international students on the Site.
・Job offers where the workplaces are located in the seven prefectures of Kyushu

 

Disclaimer
・The Council does not guarantee the validity or accuracy of the information registered on the Site by the User.
・The information registered on the Site may be changed or deleted without prior notice.
・The Council shall not be liable for any damage or disputes involving the User directly or indirectly from the use of the information registered on the Site.

 

Personal Information Protection Regulations of the Job Matching Site Work in Kyushu

Guiding Principles
With regard to the handling of personal information submitted by users, the Kyushu Global Human Resources Promotion Council (hereinafter the “Council”) operates the Job Matching Site Work in Kyushu (hereinafter the “Site”) in accordance with all relevant laws, including the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

 

Collection of Personal Information and Purpose of Use
The Site collects personal information for the following purposes:
・Personal authentication of users accessing the Site and provision of information to users
・Provision of public information to companies using the Site at the consent of users
・Sharing event-related information on job searches with users

 

Limitations of Use and Disclosure
Unless stipulated by law or other special circumstances, the Council will not provide the collected personal information to third parties nor use such information outside the purposes of use as specified. However, statistical information, such as site access numbers and statistical information on users, may be disclosed publicly.

 

Disclaimer on Personal Information
The Council shall not be liable for any personal information submitted by third parties in the following cases.
・If a user clarifies personal information to specific companies using the functions of the Site or another communication method.
・If, upon sending and receiving information via the Internet, leakage, misappropriation, or alteration is made by third parties.

 

Management of Personal Information
As part of a program of strict control of personal information, the Council implements all precautions necessary to ensure appropriate management of the collected information, as well to prevent leakage, loss, or misuse.

About the Kyushu Global Human Resources Promotion Council

The Kyushu Global Human Resources Promotion Council (Previously the Kyushu International Student Career Support Project Executive Committee) was established in January 2017 by the seven prefectures of Kyusyu (Fukuoka Prefecture, Saga Prefecture, Nagasaki Prefecture, Kumamoto Prefecture, Oita Prefecture, Miyazaki Prefecture, and Kagoshima Prefecture); Kyushu Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry; and the Kyushu Economic Federation with the goal of promoting the settlement of international students in the Kyushu area as human resources that support the globalization of the companies in Kyushu and to support job searches by international students in Kyushu.
